Thank you for shopping with bella bliss®. We hope you are satisfied with your purchase.

  • For a full refund or exchange, full priced merchandise must be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund less a USD $7.00 return fee per order. Beyond this period, items will not be accepted. bella bliss® gladly accepts returns on unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective full priced merchandise, purchased by phone or online at bellabliss.com. bella bliss® reserves the right to refuse worn or damaged merchandise. All garments must be in original packaging. Please note, all items shipped internationally are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange, so please order carefully.                                                                               
  • If you'd like to exchange your order for different items, you may return your items using our online returns portal and place a new order online. 
  • Please note that Meta orders do not display the original Customer PO Number; therefore the customer cannot look up their order in Loop without contacting our Customer Service team. The team can give the customer the original Customer PO Number to gain access to the return portal. 
  • Final sale merchandise is not eligible for return or exchange (including items ending in $.99, monogrammed items, outlet merchandise, socks, tights, underwear, hair bows, headbands). 
  • All orders placed during our sales are considered final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges.
  • Shoes must be returned in original box and the box cannot be used as the return packaging.
  • Swimwear, where the hygiene strips have been removed are non-refundable for hygiene reasons, unless they are faulty.
  • Returns and exchanges will be processed within 7-14 business days of receipt (plus shipping time).
  • If you have purchased items that are now on sale, we will gladly offer you a one-time price adjustment if you contact us within 48 hours of the original date of order. Promotions or discounts can’t be applied retroactively to orders placed before the promotion discount was activated. Credits will be applied back to the original form of payment. If you paid with a gift card, an e-gift card will be issued for the amount of the credit. 
    • For online or phone orders, please call 866-846-5295 to request a price adjustment. We do not offer price adjustments on shipping charges.
    • PLEASE NOTE: items purchased through ShopPay financing are not eligible for price adjustment.
